Books

As of November 2014, I still have not finished all my books but I will update this page when they are completed.

The titles may change as well, so bear with me as I go through bouts of writers block, numerous edits, and aiming to stick to my own deadlines.

Currently I am working on 2 non-fiction books and 1 fiction book.

Ideally I would like to continue writing fiction books, but I am a naturally curious person when it comes to self improvement and I love being able to hep other people too so if the opportunity arises I would be more than happy to write more.

1) Beautiful Inside and Out: 7 Natural Everyday Remedies You Need to Know (Working Title)

This is something close to my heart, based on my own personal experiments and trials and tribulations to find the most simple remedies that are derived from the most simple and cost effective ingredients that you can find in your very own pantry.

I present three remedies that focus on your inner health, to help with issues such as weight lost, indigestion, building immunity among others.

I then present four remedies that focus on your outer health, or more exactly outer beauty and discuss easy but effective tips that will improve your skin, hair, and teeth.

As opposed to many books and blog posts out there that promote natural remedies I have conducted scientific research to only present the remedies that have been proven to work.

As of November 2014, I have finished the final draft and have a working template ready, but I am thinking of changing one of the tips and intend to get that sorted, as well as figure out how to start distributing my book (as you know that is where I really need to learn!)

2) So You Think You Can Socialize (Working Title)

This is a collaboration with my high school friend who not only has a Masters in Human Resources and sociology, we would spend countless hours discussing and arguing how to actually meet people and build relationships.
After several years of our theories being discussed, I suggested we actually put this down, and use our own brand of casual and sarcastic humor and write a useful but light-hearted approach to how to meet people and build friendships.

This book is based on our personal opinion that anyone can socialise, regardless of personality, and we aim to tap into how introverts and even the most shy people.

As of November 2014, we have finished our final draft and now just going through the edits. We are also filming a few (aiming to be funny and tongue in cheek) videos to upload to YouTube that will go along with the book, stay tuned for more.

3) Sisters Novel (No set title!)

My first fiction novel, based around two sisters that grew apart after their parents died in a tragic accident 4 years ago. The novel starts when the younger sister Rosie is asked to relocate to Beverly Hills from her home of Sydney, Australia, for a work assignment. For Rosie, who has not seen her older sister Ivy in almost two years this is perhaps the chance to mend their bond.

They are both polar opposites: Ivy is the glamorous soon to be ex-wife of a top Hollywood producer who really lives the Hollywood lifestyle whilst Rosie is an innocent, geeky and hard working forensic accountant who had never even set foot outside the country.

Upon their reunion, they fight, laugh and cry about love, loss and life.

As of November 2014, I have written about two thirds of the novel and am getting to the climax of the novel. I will likely make edits to this book, and I envisage I will finish this book by latest June next year. Stay tuned for more, as I will post updates on how I am going with the book!
